Tara Timlin

Tara established Tralee Physiotherapy Clinic in 2004 after working in hospitals and private practices in Ireland and Australia. Tara has worked with athletes from international to local level.  She was physiotherapist to the Irish Amateur Boxing Team 2004-2009 and Kerry Senior Football 2007 & 2008 & 2017. She specialises in musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic floor dysfunction and has a keen focus on rehabilitation, setting up one of the first physiotherapist led Pilates studios in the country.  Tara is a mother of two and enjoys hiking up mountains, water-sports and golf when time permits.



Aisling O’Sullivan
(Hons) Physiotherapy, University College Dublin, 2013

Aisling graduated with honors from UCD and was awarded the Mater Misercordiae University Hospital Commerative Medal for Excellence in Clinical Practice in 2013.  Aisling worked extensively with sports injuries with Limerick inter-county teams and local GAA teams.  She worked in Alberta, Canada for two years providing rehabilitation to people recovering from car accidents, work related injuries and sports injuries.  She also has extensive experience with occupational injuries and testing Functional Capacity for return to work.


Dana Lunakova

Dana works primarily in our Castleisland Physiotherapy Clinic. She has attended a wide range of post-graduate physiotherapy courses including dry needling, biomechanics, core stability / Pilates, and many others. Dana has worked in private hospitals and clinics in Tralee. She has experience with professional, elite and local sports athletes providing education and rehabilitation to assist recovery and prevent further injuries.  Dana also provides physiotherapy services to the Nursing Home environment, giving tailored exercise and rehabilitation programmes to suit the residents need. Dana has trained with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) and has developed advanced skills in this area. Dana is physically active and enjoys hiking, water sports, and travelling.



Niamh Cleary

BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy: University of Limerick, 2018

Niamh works primarily in our Tralee clinic. She graduated with first class honours from UL, where she was awarded the UL40 Entrance Scholarship in 2014 and the won the Health Fusion Team Challenge in 2017 for her team presentation of a management plan for a client with complex needs. Niamh has a special interest in paediatrics, having made multiple trips with the Burren Chernobyl Project to work with children and young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in orphanages in Belarus. Niamh is now running the “Stay Fit” class for over 65’s which incorporates balance, strength and mobility. Niamh places great emphasis on continuous learning in her practice and is currently completing her qualification to become a STOTT Pilates instructor.
